POLICIES
Open Access Policy
JRLLS is an open access journal which makes all its content available free of cost for the user or his/her institution. Users can read, download, distribute, print, search or share the links to complete articles and use them for any other lawful purposes. No prior permission from the publisher or the author is required for any of these activities. This falls in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative’s definition of open access.
Copyright and Licensing Policy
As an open access journal, JRLLS follows the—————–. Both JRLLS and the author(s) jointly hold the copy and publishing rights of the articles published in each of our issues.
Review Policy
JRLLS is a double-blind peer reviewed journal that follows a preliminary internal review of the manuscripts submitted. On meeting our basic requirements, the manuscripts are then sent out to our reviewers who are experts in their respective fields. Reviewers’ comments are shared with the authors along with the journal’s decision (accepted, accepted with revisions, rejected) anywhere between 12-14 weeks after the submission of manuscript.
Plagiarism Policy
Copyright infringement, plagiarism, or any other issues related to the publication ethics are dealt with seriously at JRLLS. In case an article is found to have plagiarized another work, has used third-party copyright material without permission, or its authorship is disputed, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. This includes publishing a correction (erratum or corrigendum), retraction of the article, taking the issue up with the head of the author’s institution, referring the matter to the concerned societies/bodies, and taking appropriate legal action. We take complete care of the rights of our authors and probe claims of plagiarism, intellectual theft and the misuse of published articles. This is considered imperative for journal’s reputation against intellectual malpractices.
